QuoteConfetti is a pilot. We've designed it so your wedding quotes stay with you unless you choose otherwise. This page describes exactly how it works today.

Kept in your browser

Your intake draft, selected images, comparisons, saved versions and extracted proposal text are saved on this device using browser storage. PDFs, saved emails, Word documents and text files are read on your device; the original files are not kept as comparison attachments. Clearing browser data removes local work. Downloadable backups contain comparison data and extracted text, so keep them private.

Sent for AI analysis — only when you click Analyze

When you click Analyze, extracted text and any selected screenshots or photos are sent through our server to an AI service to find prices and policies. We do not add the submitted documents or full proposal text to our comparison database. AI services may process or retain submitted content under their own policies; this is not a promise of zero provider retention. Entering manually does not send proposal content for AI analysis.

Stored on our server

• Founding member sign-up: your name, email and whether you're a couple or planner.
• Feedback: the answers you submit, and your email if you joined.
• Email sign-in: your email and the information needed to provide a secure account. Joining the founding pilot is separate from signing in.
• Private online copies: only when you choose Save online. Vendor names, charges, notes, short evidence excerpts and saved versions are stored for your account. Full documents and extracted proposal text are excluded. Edits do not update the online copy automatically; choose Update online copy. These copies remain until you delete them or request removal.
• Share links: only if you create one. A snapshot of that comparison (vendors, prices, notes and short source excerpts — not your full documents) is kept for up to 90 days, or until you click Stop sharing or delete the comparison.

Languages

The site is available in English and Spanish. Translations are written for QuoteConfetti and shown on your device; no page text is sent to a translation service. Guide articles are currently written in English.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, show ads, or contact your vendors. Founding signup requests pilot feedback follow-up, not a marketing subscription. Sign-in emails are sent when you request them.

Your choices

To have your sign-up, feedback or a share link deleted, email moisesmizpit@gmail.com and we'll remove it.

Deleting a saved comparison first revokes its share link and removes its online copy when you are signed in to the saving account, then removes the browser copy and its versions. If an online step fails, the browser copy is kept so you can retry. Copies someone else saved or downloaded cannot be removed. For account removal, contact us from your account email; we may need to verify your identity.
